1. Unavailability of Product / Product Out of Stock

  • In the rare event that a product is unavailable due to overselling, we will promptly inform you within 3 working days.
  • Any payment made for an unavailable product will be refunded within 10 working days.
  • You acknowledge and agree that the only remedy available for unavailability of a product is a refund of the amount paid.

2. Placement and Acceptance of Orders

  • When you place an order on our website, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order (Order Confirmation Email). Please note that this email only acknowledges receipt of your order and does not confirm acceptance of your offer to buy the product(s).
  • We accept your offer when we have commenced delivery after the supplier has released the product.

3. Products Available for Immediate Pickup

  • Customers may opt for either pickup from ChocoMe or delivery for products available for immediate pickup.
  • Title of the products available for immediate pickup passes to the customer at the time of payment.
  • Delivery time is typically 1 to 5 business days, although this may vary depending on the supplier.

4. Delivery of Products

  • Before accepting delivery, thoroughly inspect the product. If it’s damaged or any parts are missing, inform the delivery person immediately and do not accept the product.
  • ChocoMe will not accept returns or refund requests for products accepted in good condition upon delivery.
  • Please check your ordered product/s for any physical damages before accepting delivery.

5. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds for change of mind will not be accepted.
  • Products must be returned in their original, undamaged manufacturer packaging/box, with original tags and freebies.
  • Products or services purchased under daily deals promotions are non-refundable.
  • Vouchers issued for product purchases must be redeemed during the validity period. Failure to redeem cannot be refunded.
  • All refunds are processed within 10 working days by ChocoMe.

6. Product Descriptions/Image

  • While we strive for accuracy, ChocoMe does not warrant that product descriptions or other content is always error-free.
